一、基本條件

合法合規(guī)的公司主體，對(duì)于公司名稱(chēng)原則上無(wú)特殊限制，對(duì)于公司類(lèi)型是有限責(zé)任公司，股份公司，全民所有制，合伙企業(yè)等。對(duì)申報(bào)測(cè)繪資質(zhì)的公司主體的出資形式有明確界定，目前只能是內(nèi)資公司。

對(duì)于申報(bào)主體辦公場(chǎng)所面積的要求：甲級(jí)測(cè)繪資質(zhì)辦公場(chǎng)所不少于600平米，其中檔案室不少于50平米；乙級(jí)測(cè)繪資質(zhì)辦公場(chǎng)所不少于150平米，其中檔案室不少于20平米；丙級(jí)資質(zhì)不少于50平米，其中檔案室不少于10平米；丁級(jí)資質(zhì)不少于20平米。

要求檔案室必須具備三鐵一器及六防也就是防強(qiáng)光、防火、防潮、防有害氣體、防蟲(chóng)、防盜，且檔案室中不能連接外網(wǎng)，對(duì)于存儲(chǔ)信息數(shù)據(jù)的電腦應(yīng)該做物理隔離；另外就是要將測(cè)繪成果管理制度進(jìn)行上墻且做好后期成果調(diào)閱登記處理。

對(duì)于技術(shù)人員的要求：注冊(cè)測(cè)繪師，高級(jí)工程師，中級(jí)工程師，初級(jí)工程師。以上人員的證件都需通過(guò)正規(guī)的評(píng)審部門(mén)頒發(fā)方可有效。

并且所有技術(shù)人員需需要滿(mǎn)足：畢業(yè)證可以網(wǎng)查且學(xué)歷真實(shí)有效；初級(jí)職稱(chēng)需大專(zhuān)畢業(yè)2或3年以上，本科畢業(yè)滿(mǎn)1年以上；中級(jí)職稱(chēng)需滿(mǎn)足大專(zhuān)畢業(yè)7年以上，本科畢業(yè)滿(mǎn)5年以上；高級(jí)職稱(chēng)需滿(mǎn)足大專(zhuān)畢業(yè)滿(mǎn)15年以上，本科畢業(yè)滿(mǎn)10年以上。

二、辦理流程到底

流程大概是：?jiǎn)挝簧暾?qǐng)-市經(jīng)辦人初審-市級(jí)局長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)報(bào)-經(jīng)辦人待受理-經(jīng)辦人受理-省經(jīng)辦人審查-省級(jí)處長(zhǎng)審核-省經(jīng)辦人發(fā)證。

值得注意的是每個(gè)省份的資質(zhì)審核周期不盡相同，整體來(lái)說(shuō)一般是3個(gè)月左右能夠下證。

甲級(jí)資質(zhì)需要經(jīng)過(guò)三個(gè)不同級(jí)別的自然資源部門(mén)進(jìn)行審批，最終要到自然資源部；

乙級(jí)資質(zhì)一般是由市自然資源局和省自然資源廳來(lái)審批；

丙丁級(jí)資質(zhì)一般是直接由市自然資源局審核，然后轉(zhuǎn)報(bào)至省自然資源廳進(jìn)行簽批發(fā)證即可。

申請(qǐng)書(shū)一般包括四個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容：
